Our policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after this time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please send your purchase back to us and not to the manufacturer.

Sale items: Sale items cannot be refunded. However, we will happily replace sale items if they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges: We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, please contact us here

Shipping:

To return your product, you should send your product to: 258 Whangaparoa Rd, Red Beach, Auckland 0932.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
